About Us
Before starting his own firm, Mr. Ledwin Au worked in a middle sized law firm, where he acted as a Senior Consultant before he left.
Ledwin’s practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation. He represented various parties in a number of high profile cases.
For example, he acted for the famous politician and businessman Dr. Lew Mon hung in HKSAR, DCCC 819 of 2013 (on appeal CACC 66 of 2016, FACC 24 of 2018), in which Dr. Lew was charged with “doing acts tending and intended to prevent the course of justice” by writing letters to the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR Mr. Leung Chun ying and the Commissioner of the ICAC Mr. Peh Yun lu. The case eventually went to the Court of Final Appeal.
